(1) Provider listing and location details submitted by providers; (2) the business contact you enter when making an enquiry (name, company, email, phone, message). We never collect guest personal data or passport information.

2. Purpose

To run the directory, review listings, route enquiries to providers, and improve and support the service.

3. Sharing

Your enquiry is shared with the provider you contacted. If you opt in to “also hear from Ben Stay,” it is also shared with the operator (Ben Stay). We do not otherwise share with third parties except as required by law.

4. Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete it appropriately.

5. Access / correction / deletion

Contact us below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
